Carolyn J. Olson founded CJ Olson Market Research in 1984. With more than 40 years of market research experience, Carolyn has been recognized as one of the top research professionals in Minnesota as well as many other areas of the country. Prior to starting CJO, Ms. Olson was president at Marketing Decisions, Inc.
Carolyn belongs to several local and national business and professional organizations, including the American Marketing Association, the Market Research Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, Women’s Transportation Seminar, Intelligent Transportation Services (ITS) Minnesota, and the St. Paul Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Mrs. Olson has taught and lectured at many colleges including the College of St. Catherine, University of St. Thomas, Northwestern College, Augsburg College, and Dakota County Technical College. A self-described “student of life”, Carolyn regularly attends business seminars and workshops at the University of Minnesota.
Carolyn is a deacon at her church and enjoys entertaining, traveling, gardening, and organizing family reunions.
